Fun For The Whole Family!

My yard has been taken over by rodents!

My yard has been taken over by rodents!

Since it’s a holiday weekend for many of you, I’m going to make this week’s Saturday sqturday squirrel logoSquirrel feature an easy, relaxing and even fun exercise for you all!  Look at the picture above and count how many squirrels you see.  Can you find all six of them?  You can click on the picture to enlarge it.  No leaving this post until you find every one of this sextet!

Some people might be horrified to see a sight like this in their backyard.  I personally think I am blessed.

Have a great weekend everyone, and remember, all around the world, it’s still the Fourth of July!

    • LOL, I’ll repost it at the end of the year and see if she can find the other two. I’ll be spending most of the weekend at Mecca, but I’d rather be there than listening to POP! POP! POP! POP! POP! all day and night long from the stupid neighbors…

Ha! I found all six! Took me a few minutes, but I did it. 🙂 I think you are blessed to have that many! My mother would have a heart attack. LOL

I think I saw all six right away, but one of them might have been a clump of grass…..ha!

    Dude, your backyard is huge!

    • I’d just cut the grass a day or two before, and that usually brings them out since they can finally find their nuts without the jungle getting in the way. The scary part is that’s not even half of the yard, or even a third of it… the other side of the backyard has even more area to it. It’s why I so hate having to cut the grass…

  4. I see five and something that might be a squirrel or a piece of wood or a pile of leaves. But five clearly.

  5. Trisha says:

Wow, that’s a lotsa squirrels! I sometimes have that many in my backyard but I’ve never been able to catch more than two or three at a time in one shot. I also consider myself blessed to be so popular with squirrelkind!

    • I counted five when I zoomed out and took the shot, and I’m pretty sure it’s my first 5-fer squirrel pic. I didn’t notice until I was getting this post ready that there was a sixth one sitting in the ditch. There’s probably a good dozen squirrels that frequent my area, and getting even half of them together for a group picture was pretty amazing!

With my cataracts I count at least two…lame.

  7. draliman says:

I see them all thanks to the miracle of zoom (after spending ages searching the foliage as I was sure at least of them must be in a tree)!

  8. reocochran says:

I like those tricky squirrels who may be like “ninjas!” Their skills at being sneaky getting their nuts, hiding in strange upside down positions really amuse me. 🙂

  9. Yay! Found all 6. The little guy against the fence took a while but bigafying helped.
