I Posted At Merby’s Place!
I Was FIRST!
I definitely vote for the awesome Spiderman tattoo. Beats the varicose veins easily 10 to 1. Maybe better.
I’ll bet a really good tattoo artist could turn varicose veins to one’s advantage. It may be the next big thing when all of today’s hipsters start to get to that age….
Gotta love kids and their knack for calling it as they see it!
Sometimes they’re the only ones you can get a really honest answer from!
I was hoping that love would grow where Rainbow Donkey’s Rosemary goes….
I have a tattoo that’s covering up a tattoo that’s covering up a tattoo, so why not not the veins that dare not speak their name? I heartily endorse this comic!
I wondered why I had Edison Lighthouse on the brain as I uploaded the comic, and didn’t spot the connection until the third or fourth time I proofed it.
I’ll bet Snake could do some killer vein tats…
I um…happen to have a few of those myself…
Don’t be afraid to show off those Spiderman tats!
Clever earworm plant there, my friend. I had to read the comic twice to actually get the storyline 😀
I had way too much going on in this one, especially once the earworm gag occurred to me. It would be easy to forget there was actually a plot at all…
How horrible is it that I saw “Believe it or not” and my first thought was The Greatest American Hero?
Maybe as horrible as me sneaking “I’m walking on air” in the fine print under that headline? 😀
I didn’t see that, but it is 3am and I’m not wearing my glasses.
I will give the credit that’s due for The Doors reference. Best one in this week’s comic. 🙂
Well damn, I just saw the Trading Places reference. You win the Internet this week, I do believe…
Maybe I should start working on all my comics after my self imposed deadline to have them done! I’ll put the Internet trophy up with the ponehs…
I wish the spider veins on my leg looked like a Spiderman tattoo.
I loved the newspaper headlines, especially Cathouse Pizza – for a good time come upstairs! LOL!
Who says Chuck E. Cheese is the only place you can combine pizza with fun? I’ll bet they always wanted to end up being a running gag in an internet comic!
children and fools tells the truth :o) great idea to include the song :o) hope she was yours till august… we have septmeber now :o)
I have never met anyone at a bus stop other than someone begging for change. I complimented them on their Spiderman tattoo instead…
Snorts with piggy laughter! Out of the mouth of babes. Love it! XOXO – Bacon
Kids say the darndest things…
You certainly packed a lot into this one! The newspaper, the song lyrics, the main story of course. I like the sound of “Cathouse Pizza” 🙂
It’s a real place in Snohomish, Washington if you ever want to visit! And it really once had a cathouse in the upstairs! It would be a killer idea for a franchise chain…
I’ll admit that I missed the subtle nuances in this one. But I love the veins = spider webs idea. That I understand… for no reason in particular… why do you ask?
I don’t ask, don’t tell! But I did capture a picture of a gentleman at the ballgame Wednesday night that may have had a manbun… or at least something close to it. You can be the judge…
Yes, I believe I was that child…
Spreading the love, one inappropriate comment at a time!
Love the bus stop sign joke. That song is amazing. I can’t believe you ran out of gags for the paper.
