Go Go Gadget Squirrel!
Look who I had the privilege of photographing while I was at the park a couple weeks ago! 
It’s Stretchy, the world’s longest squirrel! His amazing rubbery, goo filled body can easily snake its way up the tallest trees without his feet ever having to leave the ground! He’ll get to the sky high nuts at the top of the mightiest oak that would give vertigo to even the most fearless of average squirrels. I asked him to come out from behind the tree so I could get a good shot of that telescoping torso for the world to see… but it seems Stretchy is a bit shy and just muttered a few really obscene words telling me to go away. Funny thing about Stretchy… he seems to speak in stereo…
Oh well, I’ll have to make do with this modest pic of a truly exceptional Saturday Squirrel….. or Squirrels, as some conspiracy theorists might argue.

Evil Squirrel's Nest 
you made my day! I remembered that two guys of my class did that once… one guy was on the side of the tree while the other one was behind and showed his… well the same bodypart like the squirrel :o) it happened in a public park and the older people there on the benches complained … not about the boys… about the teacher who laughed too :o)
I’ll bet that was quite a treat. And like those older people didn’t do the same thing behind cave rocks back in the day…
This is just out of the box idea and both the squirrels seem to co- operate with you whole heartedly. I like the humor and story attached to the pic.
My favorite part of Saturday Squirrel is coming up with all of the cool stories to go with my otherwise random squirrel pics! Glad you enjoyed it!
Did you notice when you took the picture or were you happily snapping away and saw it when you reviewed your snaps? Funny picture!
I did in fact take notice of how I could exploit the scene as a Saturday Squirrel even as I was taking the picture. But I figured they’d move out of position before I could capture the shot…
How funny! It’s amazing they stayed in position like that while you took the shot. Maybe they set the whole thing up so they could be featured as a Saturday Squirrel!
That’s quite possible… but if that’s true, I’ll bet the tail half must have lost some kind of coin flip to lose out on the face time.

Nope… all photography model work for The Nest is pro bono. Plus, I’m sure it’s against city regulations to feed the park squirrels…

HaHa good point about the cave rocks. Personally I adore stretchy squirrel. Hmm. I wonder if it would work with amigurumi elastic? I see the world through amigurumi eyes. Whoops! Just gave myself an earworm. She’s got Bette Davis eyes. She’s got ami gurumi eyes.
