Have you entered the Third Annual Contest of Whatever yet?
No?
You don’t want to win something fun and spiffy from my Cafepress store?
Well, that’s good news for Juliette and leaanne256. They have the only two entries so far, and as things stand, they’re guaranteed to win one of the two prizes.
It’s time to get those creative juices flowing and breathe a little life into this contest by sucking the life out of Buster! The contest ends next Sunday morning, February 28th! Don’t be left out of the fun! Don’t make me have the most anticlimactic decision in the history of blog contests!
Enter today! You know you want to do it….
I unfortunately don’t think I will be able to get enter this, at the very least because I can’t find a Lego Possum. Oh, and life, but I will definitely do what I can to remind everyone else they need to enter! 😀
We need to rectify that Lego possum situation…. no collection is complete without one! I’d greatly appreciate helping to spread the word, though!
Hey the Sunday morning after next! Or has the Sunday coming already been demoted to “this Sunday”? It’s all so confusing…
I hope there’s not somebody seeing your picture at the top and thinking “oh no, I was going to do that, copyright be damned” 🙂 Actually, I’d quite like that design on my wall/t-shirt/mug.
I’m not sure what Webster’s would think, but I’ve always used “next” when referring to X day of the week to mean “the second X from now.” There’s this Sunday, then next Sunday, then…. hmmm, maybe I’m not making much sense after all. What else is new!
And ha! I did wonder if I was possibly stealing an idea. I wasn’t going to make it until the day the contest ended, but thought it’d be a nice promotional device for a final reminder post!
“Next” and “this” has always been a contentious issue 🙂
I’m not in it this year but look forward to watching Juliette and leaanne256 receive their prizes. May the best Buster Death win. [Now there’s a sentence!]
That may be the first time that’s ever been uttered (or typed) in human history. I might need to copyright it for my contest!
I have an idea and I’ve drawn three circles to get it started. Okay, really I traced the circles using various plates, glasses and bowls as templates. That’s how bad I am at drawing. I need help with circles. Today, I plan to draw a Buster tail and an eye and that should tell me if I can actually execute my idea. And Buster.
This I can’t wait to see! Hey, as my art appreciation teacher used to always tell us, nobody can draw a straight line or a perfect circle! That’s what rulers and plates are for! MS Paint is kind enough to do straight lines and perfect circles for me!
Is there a program that can draw possum parts on paper for you? Cause I could use one of those about now. 🙂
I can’t draw. I also cannot brain most of the time. Boo.
It doesn’t take a lot of thought to brain Buster. There’s always writing and poetry (A poetic possum death would be cool)….
Tis not in my genetic code to kill animals. 🙂
I seem to have missed the one inviting entries. I’ll have to go back and look!
Please do!
You just won your own contest with that brilliant movie poster.
I’m actually quite proud of how that turned out! Maybe I can save it for someone else’s possum killing contest in the future…
Reblogged this on West Coast Review and commented:
There is still time…
Still thinking…Brain froze in icy tundra outside. 😉
We’re having a February heat wave today… I’ll blow some of that warm air up north!
Please…even the squirrels are in hiding!
I am working VERY hard on mine and it is YUGE! (hugs self with glee). 😀 😀 😀
Damn, hopefully I’ll find time to whip something up.
I’m still trying to catch up on posts, so it’s no wonder I missed this one this year. Maybe next year…
