That was never going to end well. It turned out to be worse than I imagined, though! Poor Buster’s stunt double (ahem) is having another bad day…
It looks like Buster took at least one pretty hard blow to the head before anyone could “fill in” for him. Knowing kids, though, I’m sure they didn’t wait for his replacement to begin the bludgeoning…
Oooo…… that was evil. But it made me laugh …….evilly of course.

LOL! I knew it wasn’t going to end well but, yikes! Poor Buster. Leave it to him to look like a piñata while trying to show how amazing possums are.
I love how even though pretty much everyone KNEW Buster was going to meet some kind of bad ending while performing this stunt, the actual misfortune was still a complete surprise! There really are 1,000,001 ways to torture a cartoon possum…
It surprised me so much, I truly laughed out loud!
Funny. It’s not easy being a possum, is it? Kind of feel sorry for the fellow, but admit that I’m laughing about his predicament.
It is kinda funny… and even the Pigladillo seems to have accepted that this is Buster’s fate since he looks pretty nonchalant in that last panel. Don’t worry…. we’ll duct tape him back up and have him ready for more next Thursday…
