You can tell Springtime is here by the sight of this squirrel blooming in a tree. Errrrr, the blooms exploding around this squirrel in a tree. I thought this photo I got at the park last month was very pretty with the white flowers budding on the tree branches with a very cute, happy squirrel in the foreground. Which is more beautiful? That is up for the reader to decide. I’m sure this week’s Saturday Squirrel won’t mind if you chose the flora over the fauna. Maybe he wouldn’t mind, anyway…..
Have a great weekend everyone!
and the squirrel is the centerpiece of all that beauty… no wonder LOL
That’s what I was going to say! :o)
Except you were going to tack on “assmonkey”…
I only call you assmonkey….cause you’re special.
Most special people get called Ed, so I actually prefer assmonkey…
Then assmonkey it is!!!
A pretty squirrel framed by flowers always looks better than a pretty flower framed by squirrels…
I hope the squirrels wish comes true…….if it does, it’s one for the record books for sure!
Pam
If they can make bacon plants, I just know that flowering acorns must be possible too!
I’d pick the squirrel every time.
Me too. Squirrels over flowers…
Oh, you have already flowers! That squirrel has along tail
Yes, and I took that picture a month ago! We had a very warm February and almost no snow all winter long. I’m sure the squirrels loved the weather!
Our lakes are still frozen, I tried to find something sprinly today, but what I saw was men icefishing and cold wind from north.
He looks very relaxed, enjoying the sunshine.
Working on his tan, no doubt…
While it’s wonderful to see flowers and leaves again, I say the squirrel is the most beautiful! I love to see them basking in the sun.
It makes me want to plant a garden full of squirrels. I think it would look better than my sad tulips do this year…
Squirrels are what my yard grows best! Of course, they take out a lot of the competition, gnawing down seedlings and demolishing bulbs and blossoms. The little rascals will not allow me to grow daffodils, tulips or purple crocuses.
That looks so pretty. We are finally going to get some warm weather. They have promised!
It took the calendar a while to catch up, but the weather’s finally normal. It feels like it’s been Spring for two months now…
Nice photo Bill, Your tree’s are way head of ours! 🙂
