I’m, sure when this squirrel was younger, so much younger than today…. he never needed anybody’s help in any way. But now he’s fallen into this trash can and is feeling not so self assured. I think you’ll find he’s changed his mind and opened up the door for some assistance from his predicament.
Won’t you come to the rescue of this week’s unfortunate Saturday Squirrel before his tail ends up vanishing in the haze? I’m sure he’d appreciate you being around…
Have a fab weekend everyone!
that would make a good cover picture for Abba’s SOS song :o)
Maybe the only palindromic song ever done by a palindromic band….
I suspect he’s using his bottle brush tail to clean out the bin. Maybe he’s on retainer from parks and rec?
He must really need the money to be cleaning out those nasty cans. Especially in the summer when they are full of bees!
Poor squirrel!
As long as nobody puts a lid on the can….
I’m sure it’s just a case of squirrel dumpster-diving. I bet Mer will appreciate the Beatles theme!
I did!! 🙂
Be sure to forward it to Paul…
I can’t. Stupid restraining order…
Damn superstars never have time for their fans…
I know, I was just offering him some help…
I would have been very disappointed had she not noticed the theme. I might’ve even cried…
Ah yes – the universal sign for squirrel in distress – the waving of the bottle brush…….I hope he found a half eaten quarter pounder with cheese and a few fries for his trouble!
Pam
Well, you are close to what he really found! This is the same squirrel who found the container of fake cheese that I posted pictures of last month. Just goes to show what good things you can find if you dig REALLY deep…
That guy is a professional dumpster diver!
Kind-of sad, him eating the trash. Cute picture, though.
He has plenty of natural food to eat at the park, but I guess he wanted to dig for some of the good stuff. This was the squirrel who found the cheese dip container that I posted last month, and I think this photo is from just before he brought it out of the can…
So funny.
That’s so funny! You sure have a knack for spotting funny squirrel-related moments.
