Rings Around Uranus

Here’s a target you can aim at!

Cats don’t have the market cornered on turning around, raising their tail, and sticking their derriere in your face.  Apparently squirrels can do that as well if they find you displeasing.  I’d be a little concerned that the well defined….. um, back door on this squirrel may be caused by an inner wind gusting forth.  Squirrels are so fast that they can fart in your general direction and be halfway up to the top of the tree before you even smelled the semi-processed nuts they ate yesterday.  Sneaky little devils…

While not the most eye pleasing photo or Saturday Squirrel topic, we nevertheless do hope you enjoyed this cutie’s booty…

And now to do our duty of wishing you a great weekend everyone!

Still cute. I am putting out unsalted nuts for my squirrels because they are eating my camellia buds…

Love the post name. Does that rear end produce anything like the ice cream pooping Unicone? Squirrels can be smart, jelly beans maybe?

  3. Well if they didn’t “set the wind free” from time to time, they’d just float up in the air like big balloons! Besides, they eat a lot of junk food leftovers from trash cans and you know what too much fried food can do……..cough cough.

I think that is a beautiful furry little bottom and I would like one with a tail also.

I’ve never seen anything like that. It does look like wind is parting the fur. I love the name of the post!

    • I’ve gotten (mostly by accident) a lot of pictures of squirrel butts before, and have never noticed anything that obvious before! It was taken last January, so he had extra fur, but still. I’m surprised “rings around Uranus” isn’t more common since that planet really does have rings, as do Jupiter and Neptune as well! Most people think only Saturn has rings…
