Most photo fails get sent straight to the digital trash can where they are mercifully wiped from existence like they were never snapped in the first place. Some of those out of frame/out of focus/out of nowhere pictures are worth hanging onto, though, because for one unintentional reason or another, they are worth their blur in gold. This photo of me attempting to catch a squirrel who was leaping up a tree will never fail to make me chuckle. Thankfully, for the squirrel involved, anything he might have hanging out has already been naturally blurred out by the shitty photography…
i like this one, even with the ‘special effects’ )
I think this would have worked as a surrealist painting…
A mighty fine specimen indeed even if it’s blurry…… (I’m talking about his tail of course!)
Pam
He does have a mighty fine tail… as well as a very photogenic underside.
Which is more than you can say for some…….
Hang in there, little buddy.
I think he got tired of hanging around there waiting for me to take the darn picture…
Help, I slipped, will somebody please help me… anybody? Hello? Hellooooo?
Let me take a few hundred photos first…. then, maybe I’ll call for help.
LOL! Just look at his chubby little legs dangling there…so cute! 🙂
It’s hard to believe those chubby little legs can climb trees! They do look so silly…
That’s truly a classic. You can’t delete that … you could never do that on purpose!
In my realm of photography, the best photos are usually complete accidents. I don’t often get what I intended, and in some cases, that’s a good thing…
That’s adorable!
It’s the hanging squirrel legs that make it!
