Oh look! Up there! Someone’s happy to see you!
Maybe you should toss him a peanut. Or perhaps a sip of your coffee…
Wouldn’t you know it… you just went out for a walk, and now you’ve made a friend for life! How could you not be charmed by that cheerfully cute face?
This week’s Saturday Squirrel is looking out for you from above! Hoping to make your day just a little brighter eyed and bushy tailed…
Have a great weekend everyone!
Hello!
Cute shot.
😊
Thanks! That’s my flood squirrel from last August. I think he was happy he finally reached higher ground…
Such a sincere look on this guy’s face. He must be saying “hello” to you.
That is exactly what the Google squirrel jibberish translator said he was saying! And one of the few times I used it that the language was clean…
S’up, little guy?
I think he would even be happy to meet your ninja and knucklehead…
That little guy deserves a page in the “Annual Squirrel Calendar of Awesomeness”. Maybe for September. Just sayin’. 🙂
The photo is from this past August, which is the next month up, so he might very well make the list of finalists! He’d look great on a “Be Kind To Squirrels” propaganda poster too…
What a cutie!
He looks exceptionally cute and happy for a squirrel who just endured 9 and a half inches of rain! At least, he was much happier than I was that morning!
He looks like he’s purposely posing for the guy with the camera…..and is that a SLIGHT smile on his face that I see???????????
Pam
I think that’s a BIG OL’ SMILE on his face! He’s quite happy I took the time to make him an internet sensation…
He’s actually smiling at you! I bet he waiting for you all that time to see if you came back with your camera, lol.
LOL! The first time I tell a squirrel to hold that pose until I’m ready to take their picture, and they actually do it, I might fall over! They are so impatient…. too many things to do and nuts to find!
He’s timing his pounce. He’ll be clamped on your face before you can say “nuts”.
The detectives couldn’t understand why this was the last photo on my camera…
You take such wonderful shots of these little guys!
Thank you! Believe me, I have to take many crappy pictures for each good one I manage to get. Squirrel photography takes a lot of patience, and quick reflexes!
