Aw, how sweet of this squirrel to provide a fellow sciurine with some much needed backrubs! Scampering around the park, leaping through trees, and hours and hours of burying nuts is such a stressful and physically exhaustive life… every squirrel needs to have the tension in their back muscles eased up sometime!
Yes, backrubs! How cute and sweet, right? You can tell by her expression how much this squirrel girl enjoys being treated like a princess!

I’m saying there’s definitely some RUBBING going on, but I don’t think it’s in the back area, unless sciurine-kind get into kinky ‘back rubs’ (nudge, nudge, wink, wink). Tell me was Mitzi giving classes on ‘special’ kinds of massage?
I think Uncle Snuggie may have been providing some “coaching” to the top half of this pairing, but I don’t think Mitzi had any influence in what’s going on here since the bottom squirrel is not on its back with its legs in the air…
