You never know what you’ll find laying on the ground in your local public park. Being close to the ground and excellent scavengers, squirrels can find all kinds of cool stuff you and your annoying metal detector are going to miss. Maybe even something as yummy as, oh, a fast food french fry! Now don’t you wish you had found this salty potato treasure before this week’s Saturday Squirrel did?

You can’t beat a good French fry… and neither can the squirrels!
All he needs is to find a burger, and he’s set…
He does look like he’s enjoying that fry! Bet he eats it all and does NOT “bring home take out” for the family. HAHA

I’d certainly have picked it up, dusted it off and yummed it down…
Yeah, it can’t be that bad! And if the ants already got to it…. well, that’s just added protein!
It’s probably good ‘somebody’ (or something) finds that kind of stuff. Landfills are filling up as it is. Happy weekend-enjoy a momentary lull in the shopping season while you can.
Yeah, it probably takes a million years for a french fry to biodegrade. It takes a lot less time in a squirrel’s stomach…

Probably both, but then again, they’re used to eating nuts out of the ground!

He might not have to go very far to find a packet of ketchup that’s still got some in it…

Hopefully there’s enough nutrients in the acorns to counterbalance the grease he’s clogging himself up with…
