Is there anything cuter than a squirrel carrying something in its mouth?
Hey, don’t knock him for being gross! Squirrels don’t have time to be germophobes like 
many antibacterial soap using, surgical mask wearing, disinfectant wipe toting humans who are afraid of having to let their immune systems actually do their job and get stronger. Sure, they can hold things pretty well in their paws thanks to their vestigal thumbs. But those digits don’t do any good when you need them to scale and scamper through trees now, do they? Thus, why not use the one body part that was universally made for animals to grab things with!
Yeah, this week’s Saturday Squirrel has a big mouth… and that’s not a bad thing at all!

Are people freaking out about the coronavirus there? The first US patient is in the hospital right across town from me but I haven’t seen or heard of anyone wearing masks out in public.
I haven’t heard of it before…. but I guess we’re long overdue for another panic causing virus that about three people in the entire world have come down with. Geez, was the humanity ending swine flu really 11 years ago already!?!?
I zoomed in but I still can’t see what he’s got in his mouth. Maybe it’s a little flower for a lucky lady squirrel.

I’ve caught squirrels eating that cheese goop out of snack stick containers, who it could very well be another fake cheese product!
That cheese-wax is probably worse than eating a Twinkie. Even for squirrels who’ll eat just about anything.
People who use a lot of germicidal stuff get sick more often. The do all these studies, which everyone ignores. You can’t buy a cleanser without some kindof microbial crap in it.
It’s a racket by the handful of conglomerations that own all of the hand soap and cleaning brands. They will all die in the next pandemic, as I’m sure germophobes are not immune to Darwinism…
I put a whole dish of cashews out for our little guys, but all they want to do it carry around black walnuts in their mouths. Those things are hard to crack–maybe they like the challenge!
