Alright, squirrels-in-arms! The enemy is out of sight!
The park prevert with the camera is no longer a danger to us!
We can come out and play again without fear of ending up as this week’s Saturday Squirrel!
Let’s have a great weekend, everyone!

HAHAHA……he looks like he’s in a bunker with his rifle in hand waiting to see if the enemy tries to sneak up on him!
Pam
That’s exactly what I imagined as soon as I took this one! I almost gave him Arte Johnson’s famous line from Laugh In…
They think the coast is clear. Little do they know our intrepid blogger is always waiting for the perfect shot…
😉
Yep…. though he may have just been a decoy allowing the rest of his platoon to perform a sneak attack.
He clearly thinks you’ve gone away!
They should know better by now…
What is a “prevert”?
Someone who gets off on intentional letter inversion…
Gotta watch out for perverts on the hunt as well as getting stuck in the bunker mentality.
It’s enough to drive a squirrel nuts…
That’s very cute!
I thought so too! I don’t have many pics of squirrels peeking over a rock…
A squirrel has bunker where he can hide your camera. He really looks like watching enemies around, and cameras.
Awwwww. Maybe he is just bird watching, or maybe cat watching.
I’m waiting on the edge of my seat for the Contest of Whatever 2022!!!!!
Probably next Sunday, though I haven’t given much thought to a theme yet. It’ll give me something to ponder at work this week…
Awww, so cute! Alrhough he may not be the best lookout since he’s not looking your way. Unless there was something more threatening than a prevert with a camera out there!
Too late, little squirrel, your image has been captured…
I totally thought bunker as well! He’s quite the cutie:-)
