Is there anything more adorable than a fluffy, furry winter Saturday Squirrel eating in the snow?
Of course there isn’t.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Well if he had skis on it would be more adorable but I hear there’s a severe supply shortage on those right now for squirrels.

There’s plenty of broken twigs and branches in my yard they could make their own skis and poles from!
Cute photo! We had 8 in our yard at one time in/around a tree yesterday. Cute, fuzzy and absolute chaos.
I remember when it wouldn’t we weird to see four or five romping around at one time (I have a photo with six squirrels in it), but now it’s just a couple. I don’t think they liked when I had my trees trimmed back a few years ago!
As long as he’s grey, no there isn’t.
💕
A fiery orange furball would look sweet too! And I’m sure you wouldn’t mind it in my backyard…
In your backyard? Beautiful!
Adorable. How do they find their nuts?
That adorable little fur ball looks like it is sitting on fresh snow!
It looks fresh because there was little romping around in it, and then it froze hard to maintain the smoothness. Either this one or its partner was running around all over the place in that “fresh” snow, but damned if I could get many good pics of it!
Definitely cute and fuzzy!
That extra fluff on his chest looks pretty!
Aw! ❤ Look at him/her nibble that nut! Gotta keep up the extra layer of adipose for a few more weeks yet, as the groundhog alleged saw his shadow and we've got 6 more weeks of winter to look forward to. Yay. (not).
That snow’s already gone, other than the piles from shoveling and plowing. Got another storm coming later in the week, and who knows what that will bring….. snow, rain, tornadoes, snownadoes?
I always wonder how come their feet don’t freeze. I should make them little woolen booties, but apparently they aren’t into the whole garment thing.
Their feet must be tough since I can’t imagine it’d be easy to climb trees with numb feet. Well, it isn’t easy to climb trees period, but squirrels make anything look easy!
Six months from now that squirrel will be complaining about the heat.
And he’ll also have a snazzy crew cut…
His feet are frozen? What about his poor bum?
Don’t worry, he has his woolen underwear on underneath his fur coat…
What a little sweetie!
