Header Games

You may recall a couple weeks ago when my squirrel boycott was in full effect that I vandalized my header to erase its sciuriness.  While I have since restored the original version, it nevertheless gave me the idea that after almost a year and now with a modest sized following that I needed to update look of my site.  The header is usually the fist thing people see, and the classic header you are all used to seeing here was just something I quickly threw together when I started The Nest to give my site a more personalized look.

So over the past few weeks I’ve been working on a new header, and this morning I was finally able to put the finishing touches on it!  It’s certainly fancier and catchier than the old one!  What do you all think?

A big thanks to my first batch of loyal sciurine fans out there for inspiring me to pay more attention to my blog and keeping it fresh!  You all know who you are…. gentlestitches!  Normal for Norfolk!  The Jeneral!  Verbatim Gibberish!  P.
