Looks what my talented “Aunt” Sharon from the Gentlestitches blog has made!!! The adorable equine family my blog friends have been providing for me will only be growing! I promise to do my own post on this when the little Sparkledonkicorns arrive, but until then, check out this preview of the babies on her blog! And be sure to check out all the other amazingly cute things Aunt Sharon creates!
A friend of mine at Evil Squirrel’s Nest recently won this sparkle pony as a prize.
Funny thing is, around the same time he was given this Rainbow Unicorn.
Pattern for this beautiful critter can be found here
It is the end of the year and I have literally mountains of work to do plus gifts to make for friends and family and instead I started to wonder what would happen if these two critters became “close personal friends.”
Hello world! I believe the offspring would look like this. Then I decided (because making this was so much fun) that a little brother or sister would be in order so…..
Twice the cute!
obviously they need to be together so look out for a package Bill!
ewwww. did someone vomit a rainbow on that poor horsie? or is all that mess the result of a spectacular glue-sniffing all-night craft bender? I wonder, given all the empty bottle caps lying in the back ground and the “wut r YU lookin’ at?!” look in his/her/its eye.
but crocheted rainbow ponies? my teeth hurt, that’s so cute. Nice job, Auntie!
The Sparklepony was designed by Alice and her daughters, and she is indeed rather hung up on gaudy looks.
This is so sweet!
It is sweet in many ways! Not just the cute animals themselves, but the kind bloggers who made them for me!
Wow, you are truly blessed! (at least in terms of receiving unicorn and pony themed dolls)
Yeah… some people might not brag about that, but to heck with them!
Please excuse me butting in but I must point out they are amigurumi, crochet, anthropomorphic action figures and not dolls.and thank you so much for taking time to comment.
Aunt Sharon. 🙂
I wonder if the fact that the Sparklepony comes up as the first and largest picture in the reblog is throwing people off?
I sincerely apologize!
it is all in good fun. ! Operation deployment of Unicorn foals just officially deployed to America via Australian post. Little Cutlet has a lovely, patient Dad, the best kind.:)
Aunt Sharon.
OMG they are SO cute!
