I remember when 7 Up and Sprite were pretty much interchangeable. Then 7 Up went “all natural” about 10 years ago, and I haven’t been able to stand it since. I do love my Sprite when I need a break from the Pepsi…
At least 7-Up had a Gameboy Game. Sprite wasn’t so cool then.

Bahahaha. But wait… I recognize some of those famous pictures on the wall. There is an armadillo too. This is funny but the armadillo (or is it a pigadillo) makes it perfect.
A sleeping pigladillo makes any scene a little cuter! The last year’s worth of comics are sprinkled with about 10 of the conked out little lepers….
Hodge: “I’ll take an Acorn Ale, barkeep.”
Podge: “Mr. Bernard, could you kindly pour me a mug of your finest Nut Brown Ale?”

It would be funny if Zima came back in a wave of 90’s nostalgia that, per the 20 year rule, is due to start any time now. I would feel like I should take credit for it….

Just nosy, but how long does it take you to create a 6 panel strip like this one? I’m incredibly impressed!
The average time is about 3.5 to 4 hours, from first pencil to paper to the final stroke in Photoshop (And that’s removing the times I get distracted while creating it… which always seems to happen!)… this weekly grind can be a bit grueling sometimes, but the result is almost always worth the effort!
I did a post a while back describing the process that goes into making one of my comics that you might enjoy… complete with my usual good sense of self depreciating humor!
