Oh I don’t remember meeting Bernard the barkeep before but then I have been busier than a one armed paper boy with fleas lately! Poor Buster had such a happy tail there for a moment and of course I noticed the key ring immediately!!! LOL!!! I really thought Buster was in luck there for a moment.
You inspired me to do a little digging into Bernard’s history! He appeared on occasion as an unnamed background character prior to this year. I believe this was his first appearance:

After toiling in obscurity for so long, he finally got his name here (ES trivia fact: One of my favorite shows of all time was Hogan’s Heroes, which the actor Bernard Fox had a recurring role on, and I used him as the inspiration for my bartender fox’s name!):
