#144 – Peekaboo

Photo taken: April 8, 2013

Oh my!  What evil lurks behind my living room chair!?!?  Is that my ever docile and perpetually blah looking Biskit peeking through the cushion!?!?  When I caught my phobiaphile black cat in this rather humorous looking situation, I took four photos of him staring at me through this crevice… two with my regular camera and two with my flash camera.  I used one of the photos from the former to create this image I shared a looooooong time ago on The Nest.  This is obviously one of the flash pictures given the eye glow, and it is my favorite of the lot.  What use is a black cat if they can’t look a little sinister once in a while?

  1. love it… I would like it as a poster on a wall… bet the eyes will follow me through the whole room ;O)

  2. That’s a perfect sneaky/evil eye if ever I saw one! Do you ever feel like you are being watched???? You probably are!

  3. Hee, hee…what a cutie-pie, peek-a-boo artist!

This is a great one! Only #144?

    • I probably under ranked this one. Since I wasn’t actually looking at the photos at the time I put this together, there will be a lot of over and under slotting… especially in the lower half. I can confidently say no matter what, I wouldn’t have put this one in my Top 50…. but everyone is entitled to differ.

Yep, definitely more sinister in this one. I prefer the other one, though. Like, eek, he’s seen me.

  6. That is a classic 🙂 Kind of like your own Cheshire cat!

  7. Trisha says:

He definitely looks sinister. Like any unsuspecting person who sits in this chair is going to get their ass scratched in a way they are not going to like!

  8. One day cats will rule the world…
