Excellent! I think the whole ice bucket business is bunk. I actually found an infographic online yesterday about how much money gets raised for different illnesses compared to how many people actually die from them every year. Pretty interesting stuff.
The thing that irks me about this kind of “awareness raising” is that 99.9% of the people involved in it really have no personal stake in the cause itself. This is nothing but viral, self-promotional bandwagoning at it’s most idiotic. If there is something out there for which you are truly passionate about, by all means, pour your heart out and wear your colored ribbon on your sleeve. Otherwise… just write a fucking check and quit being an attention whore…
And I’ll bet that graphic you’re referring to is very revealing about how the money in our charitable causes doesn’t come close to matching the priority/need…

I love adding the details for those who enjoy finding them to find! Rainbow Donkey has appeared in every comic I’ve drawn going back to January 2013… and probably half of those appearances have been as a design on some object! Heck, this isn’t even his first appearance on a bib!

Buster hasn’t gotten a good killing in a while. Maybe I should hold a begathon to raise money for Buster;’s demise! 😉

Loved it!!! The young ones are all dousing them selves in ice around here and more importantly thinking and talking about health issues which makes them (a) more appreciative of their own excellent health and (b) aware that not every one has their good fortune to be so healthy.
